Joe Biondi has been coaching adult athletes for over 30 years and is one of the best stroke technique coaches in the country. Joe has coached many Master's and Triathlete's to top ten finishes and top 10 ranking in Florida, United States and the World. To enhance the swimming experience and develop a efficient stroke that makes the swimmer faster in the aquatic environment a multitude of stroke drills are used to improve stroke technique.
